About The Position

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in science, physics, or engineering or equivalent educational experience.
  • Hands on experience with semiconductor wafer processing or assembly equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out defined tasks independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to sit or stand entire shift in a cleanroom environment wearing proper safety equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Device assembly including pick and place, CSAM, automated and manual inspection.
  • Responsible for identifying and communicating process issues.
  • Will set-up, operate, load, and monitor specialized equipment to ensure quality product.
  • Responsible for clear, concise communication of results to the development team.
  • Responsible for training other technicians and operators during production hand-off.
