Requirements

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and relevant software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with other teams and individuals.
  • Accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Create, prepare, and maintain accurate technical documents, including work instructions, engineering bulletins, and failure analysis reports.
  • Helping to establish and document manufacturing processes and work instructions.
  • Working with design, manufacturing, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth product introduction.
  • Analyzing technical data to identify areas for improvement and providing reports on productivity and quality.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and yield.
  • Assist ME in improving Unigen’s system of production control, standard operating procedures, safety, quality control, and training of NPI.
  • Coordinate the manufacturing launch of the new/revised product.
  • Manage and document NPI ECO / MCO change requirements – create or update instructions and tooling if required and coordinate with production to implement necessary changes.
