Requirements

Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and relevant software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Ability to create and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Ability to work effectively with other teams and individuals.
Accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

Responsibilities

Create, prepare, and maintain accurate technical documents, including work instructions, engineering bulletins, and failure analysis reports.
Helping to establish and document manufacturing processes and work instructions.
Working with design, manufacturing, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth product introduction.
Analyzing technical data to identify areas for improvement and providing reports on productivity and quality.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and yield.
Assist ME in improving Unigen’s system of production control, standard operating procedures, safety, quality control, and training of NPI.
Coordinate the manufacturing launch of the new/revised product.
Manage and document NPI ECO / MCO change requirements – create or update instructions and tooling if required and coordinate with production to implement necessary changes.
