About The Position

Lucid is creating an electric future without compromise, refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. They build world-class vehicles by pushing performance, efficiency, and design beyond industry limits, setting new standards with vehicles like Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity. The people at Lucid come from diverse backgrounds because they want to work on a challenging problem, master their craft, and deliver work they are proud of. Lucid trusts employees to take ownership, push beyond expectations, and help write the playbook for what comes next. By refusing to settle, employees help shape the future of electric mobility and prove what’s possible when craft and ambition refuse to compromise each other. Launching a new vehicle is one of the most complex challenges in manufacturing, and this role exists to ensure exterior systems and components are ready for production without disrupting operations. As an NPI Project Engineer II, Exteriors, you will lead the execution of new product introductions and engineering changes from development through production implementation, ensuring materials, systems, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional teams are aligned before launch.
