About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated NPI Procurement leader to drive end‑to‑end procurement execution for a portfolio of new products within our Flash Business Unit. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the business, partnering cross‑functionally to ensure products are delivered on schedule, at target cost, and with a resilient and scalable supply base. The successful candidate will lead sourcing strategy, manage upstream supply risk, and ensure disciplined execution across all program milestones.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Materials Program Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain
  • Strong understanding of NPI procurement, sourcing strategy, and supply chain risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team while owning end‑to‑end delivery outcomes
  • Proven track record of driving cost, schedule, and supply continuity in complex programs
  • Strong data‑driven problem solving and decision‑making capability
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills in fast‑paced environments
  • Effective communicator and influencer, with ability to align cross‑functional and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead NPI Procurement Execution: Own procurement deliverables across the full product lifecycle, ensuring material readiness for all key program milestones.
  • Drive alignment between design, sourcing, and supply chain to support successful product launches.
  • Drive Cost & Sourcing Strategy: Deliver program BOM cost targets (Should Cost and negotiated cost outcomes).
  • Influence early design decisions to optimize cost, supply flexibility, and supplier selection.
  • Enable Upstream Resiliency: Identify, assess, and mitigate component‑ and supplier‑level supply risks.
  • Ensure programs are supported by robust sourcing strategies (multi‑sourcing, capacity alignment, LTA readiness, etc.).
  • Anticipate and proactively address risks that could impact schedule, supply, or revenue.
  • Lead Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Commodity Management, Planning, and Operations to ensure alignment on sourcing plans and program execution.
  • Act as the Procurement representative in program reviews, cost reviews, and executive updates.
  • Manage Program Performance: Track program expenditures and ensure alignment to cost objectives.
  • Drive issue resolution with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity.
  • Ensure timely completion of all procurement deliverables at each program milestone.
  • Ensure Smooth Production Transition: Partner with Sourcing and Factory Materials teams to enable a seamless handoff from NPI to mass production.
  • Ensure continuity of supply beyond product launch.
