TTM•Chippewa Falls, WI

About The Position

The NPI Engineer is responsible for successfully launching new products at TTM’s Chippewa Falls ATC site. The role oversees all aspects of new-product builds and serves as a process resource before product release and while products are being processed on the manufacturing floor. The engineer works with Operations, Sales, Field Application Engineers, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, customers, and material vendors to identify manufacturability barriers and coordinate actions that support production timing, quality, and cost targets. The role evaluates customer designs and stack-ups, supports experimentation with new materials, addresses technical and process issues, and drives technical and production readiness reviews before volume production. It also contributes to the CF-ATC technology roadmap, identifies project risks and performance gaps, develops project action plans, and proposes product or design changes that can improve profitability, cost, quality, or lead time. The engineer maintains knowledge of relevant industry technologies and must comply with TTM export-control policies and applicable laws.
