Requirements
- Direct Material Procurement and/or Supply Chain Background
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred AND 5+ years of experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 7+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree AND 3+ years of experience
- Communication and Collaboration across different teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience in heavy machinery equipment industry is desired
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing projects for iron castings and machined iron castings from quote through production launch
- Lead RFQ activities, analyze supplier quotes, and evaluate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to support sourcing decisions
- Coordinate supplier transitions, tooling moves, and buffer inventory planning to ensure uninterrupted production
- Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Supplier Development teams to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives
- Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables while providing regular updates and presentations to key stakeholders
- Support supplier readiness, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives across global teams
