  • Support onboarding of new project leaders and provide guidance on gate preparation and submission.
  • Maintain the Product Leader handbook and quick-reference material.
  • Verify template currency and completeness of gate submissions before approval workflows are triggered.
  • Help develop a procedure to maintain the project-level register for non-gating actions, and confirm closure before project closure.
  • Support internal audit in preparing the organization for internal and external audits, including sampling project records, identifying exposures, and tracking them to closure.
  • Support process-related CARs from intake through root-cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Help build and maintain reporting for management on program status, gate cycle time, documentation completeness, exception and waiver volume, and process health.
  • Help track process performance metrics and report them on a regular cadence.
  • Help identify patterns from CARs, audit findings, and lessons learned, and flag them for consideration in process change proposals.
  • Help collect engineering requirements for NPI capabilities of the PLM platform and work with platform owners to implement these requirements.
