NP PA Palliative Care

In this role, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered care that supports and advances patient-defined health goals. You will practice at our Utah Valley Palliative Care Clinic Your schedule will me Monday - Friday, 8a-4p This role is a clinic based role, with occasional coverage on the inpatient team.
Requirements
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- 1-2 years of experience in specialty care, Palliative preferred
- No New Grads, Please
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered care that supports and advances patient-defined health goals.
- Practice at our Utah Valley Palliative Care Clinic.
- Provide occasional coverage on the inpatient team.
