NP/PA New Graduate Program - TrueCare Vista Way
About The Position
TrueCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their new graduate training program. This program focuses on building a foundation in primary care with close mentorship and clinical support to develop and grow experience. The role involves providing primary care coverage within the FQHC network, participating in a Saturday clinic rotation, and streamlining clinical operations to improve patient flow and satisfaction. The provider will eventually see up to 20 patients per day in 20-minute scheduling blocks with a 2:1 MA to Provider ratio and three exam rooms. TrueCare utilizes OCHIN's EPIC EMR platform.
Requirements
- Active California Medical License.
- Current and Unrestricted DEA.
- Board Certified with either AANP or NCCPA.
- Commitment to Patient-Centered Care & Health Equity.

- Bilingual in Spanish & English.
Responsibilities
- Provide Primary Care coverage to patients in need within our FQHC network.
- Join a 1:4 Saturday Clinic Rotation (replaces one weekday clinic).
- Streamline processes to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency.
- Grow over time to see 20 patients per day in 20 min scheduling blocks.
- Work with a 2:1 MA to Provider Ratio, 3 Exam Rooms to Rotate between.
