About The Position

Under general supervision, and with medical consultation and direction, the NP or PA Night Intensivist performs physical and psychosocial assessments, establishes medical diagnoses, orders and evaluates diagnostic tests, manages follow-up care, and performs other related work as required. The role includes performing physical examinations, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and results, and providing preventive healthcare and counseling.

Requirements

• A college degree as a Nurse Practitioner from a recognized university affiliated with a medical school.
• Meet the certifications and credentialing applicable to the position, as described in the Medical Staff Guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Two to five years of experience in a medical practice setting where diagnosis, treatment, and patient education were the main focus of the role.
