This position is FT, 40hrs, Outpatient, 4-10s, M-F. Join a supportive Advanced Practice Team in a role supporting the Massachusetts General Brigham Cancer Institute in Boston, MA! This practice specializes in the care of patients with a variety of benign hematologic diagnoses. This team has a demonstrated history of providing exquisite, evidence-based patient care. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to work in this invigorating and collaborative environment. The hematology APP will provide direct patient care to ambulatory patients. With an interdisciplinary team approach, this provider will promote a collaborative relationship between providers, professional nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure continuity of patient care in the management of their disease and related issues as well as to develop expertise in these fields. Within this role, the advanced practice provider will be responsible for a panel of patients. Other responsibilities include caring for patients throughout their continuum of care and fostering collaboration with other professionals within the hospital and clinics to facilitate patient care.
