About The Position

10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for experienced notarial professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and practical relevance of AI-powered legal and notarial systems. Instead of traditional client-facing notarial work, you’ll use your expertise to help AI systems thoroughly understand and reason about notarial practice at scale.

Requirements

A senior-level notary or candidate notary with significant practical experience in the EU or UK.
Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
Several years of hands-on experience in areas such as real estate, corporate transactions, family law, or succession matters.
Strong ability to assess notarial reasoning and distinguish between theoretical and practicable solutions.
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback.
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability.

Responsibilities

Review and refine AI-generated outputs across core notarial topics, such as property transfers, corporate law, family law, and estate planning.
Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, clarity, and real-world notarial applicability.
Draft realistic notarial scenarios informed by your direct professional experience.
Create variations of scenarios from different perspectives (e.g. notary, candidate notary, client, or regulator).
Identify missing details, weak logic, or oversights in AI-generated notarial content.
