Requirements

Speak and write Norwegian at a native level.
Fluent in English.
Basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Good inter-personal relationship building skills.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely.
Must have an EU passport.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer support is recommended and an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support customers who are users of various service platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, ensuring they receive the best possible assistance.
Note down complex customer issues and escalate them to your superior.
Work in an international team, including colleagues from the Netherlands, Malta, and Germany.
