We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can lead a team and still close business themselves. This is a player-coach role: you will manage a team of approximately 8 Business Development Managers across the Northeast while carrying your own book of business. You are the person who builds the culture, sets the standard, and holds the bar. You know how to develop people and how to win accounts.
