About The Position

The Company is a 503B outsourcing facility serving hospital and health-system pharmacies, currently operating in 12 states with a goal of national presence by the end of 2027. The Director of Sales and Marketing is a quota-carrying player-coach role, reporting to the CEO. This role involves personally opening and closing hospital and health-system accounts while building and leading the sales and client service teams. Supporting responsibilities include brand, website, and CRM management. The Director will set goals jointly with the CEO, own the plan to achieve them, and execute a sales strategy across oncology, cardiovascular, transplant, and other therapeutic areas. In this small team environment, the Director is expected to identify improvements across the business beyond their immediate function. Success in this role offers a direct path to a VP or C-suite position.
