About The Position

We are looking for a North America Solutions Partner Manager to build a high-impact ecosystem of solution partners across North America. You will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and growing a network of solutions partners who build, integrate, and deliver innovative voice-AI experiences on top of the ElevenLabs platform. You will build joint GTM plans with key partners to drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong partner management experience and who thrives in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in building and managing successful regional solutions partnerships in North America
  • Strong understanding of API-driven products and the ability to partner closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer and partner value propositions
  • A commercial mindset with experience driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through co-selling and joint GTM motions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across partners, sales, solutions engineering, and product teams
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications across industries
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a high level of ownership and accountability
