Position Summary The North America Aftermarket Sales Leader plays a critical role in driving aftermarket revenue growth, strengthening distributor performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction across the region. This is a hybrid role that combines people leadership with direct territory ownership. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Aftermarket Area Managers while also managing a defined sales territory and key customer accounts. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a disciplined sales approach, and strong leadership capabilities to build an industry‑leading aftermarket organization.
