Nordic Ski Instructor (Cross Country) - Winter 26/27 Part Time
About The Position
Join the Ski & Board School team at Big White Ski Resort and be a part of one of the largest programs in Western Canada. We offer a positive working environment, staff incentives, training programs that are second to none, and a guaranteed winter of great times working and playing on almost 3,000 acres of patrolled terrain. We are currently seeking CANSI Level 1 - 3 (or international equivalent) instructors who are available for the full winter season (approximately the beginning of December until early April). Part-time Nordic Instructor positions are available, as well as a limited number of full-time positions for people who are also certified to teach skiing and snowboarding.
Requirements
- CANSI Level 1 - 3 certification (or international equivalent).
- Availability for the full winter season (approximately the beginning of December until early April).
- Submit a resume with at least two contactable references.
- Provide a copy of any relevant current certifications.
- A recent criminal record check is required prior to starting the first day of work.
Nice To Haves
- Previous cross country instructing experience.
- Experience working in organized settings.
- Certified to teach skiing and snowboarding (for full-time positions).
Responsibilities
