We are seeking a skilled and energetic Noodle Bar Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality noodle dishes and stir fry's, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

Cook experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.
Must be able to complete and pass all alcohol awareness and training and obtain certificates, and all other food alcohol & food safety training as required by The Nash.

Responsibilities

Follow recipes, measurements, quantities, and other information so each menu item can be duplicated consistently.
Actively participate in training, become familiar with each recipe, and ensure recipe adherence.
Uphold the standard kitchen operating procedures on a consistent basis.
Ensure all prep items and recipes are made to approved standards.
Breakdown of prep areas at the end of each meal period and ensure proper product storage.
Inspect food preparation, and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food handling practices.
Position, arrange, and garnish food according to recipe.
Make certain all products are placed and restocked in designated areas.
Report any product or stock needed immediately to kitchen management.
Maintain a solid knowledge of all food products and ensure all products are properly rotated.
