Requirements

  • Based in USA - New York/Washington DC/Chicago/California/Texas
  • Extensive travel required, with domestic travel up to a week each month.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard and engage with nonprofit partners across US to enable the execution of employee volunteering programs across different formats (e.g., outdoor, in-office, skills-based)
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships and communications with US-based nonprofit partners and serve as their primary contact
  • Implement outreach strategies and present recommendations to expand Goodera’s community of nonprofit partners
  • Identify and establish partnerships with large-scale, global nonprofits to create prioritized long-term programs across defined thematic areas
  • Conduct community visits to understand needs and co-create impactful and engaging volunteering programs
  • Engage key partners to design and implement volunteering programs for new and existing offerings
  • Obtain feedback and impact measurement data from nonprofit organizations to demonstrate the qualitative and quantitative volunteering projects
  • Represent Goodera at relevant industry events such as volunteering conferences to build Goodera’s network and reputation
  • Attend volunteering events organized by Goodera and other organizations to analyze volunteer engagement and feedback to propose actionable improvements
  • Ideate and recommend innovative approaches or new project themes aligned with nonprofit needs
  • Define and document best practices for nonprofit partnerships and engagement aimed at building more robust, sustained relationships with key partners
