About The Position
Certerra is seeking an experienced NDT Project Manager to lead its established nondestructive testing business. The role involves selling, managing, and performing NDT services across the company, supporting growth strategy and QA/QC oversight, and developing NDT staff through training and career development. The manager will provide technical guidance to project managers, write and interpret inspection and administrative procedures, and promote compliance with company policies, especially health and safety requirements. The position reports to the Area NDT Director and requires travel up to 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Level II certifications in UT, RT, MT, and PT.
- At least 10 years of NDT experience in commercial construction or industrial industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- ASNT Level III certification in one or more disciplines.
- Phased Array experience.
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credential.
Responsibilities
- Sell, manage, and perform nondestructive testing services company-wide.
- Support the NDT Technical Director with growth strategy and QA/QC oversight.
- Lead NDT training and career development programs across the company.
- Provide technical guidance to project managers company-wide.
- Write and interpret inspection and administrative procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on health and safety.
- Lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
