About The Position

Montgomery County Community College's Center for Workforce Development is seeking Non-Credit Trainers for Medical Billing. This is a Part Time, temporary position, with employees hired on a seasonal basis during peak periods. Trainers may serve a maximum of four consecutive months and are limited to a maximum of 25 hours per week.

Requirements

• At least five years’ experience as a biller or coder.
• Industry certification for coding or billing is a requirement.
• Must have certifications in CPC® (Certified Professional Coder) from AAPC; CPB® (Certified Professional Biller) from AAPC; or related credential(s).

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree is preferred
• No prior teaching experience is required, as existing instructors will provide guidance.
