About The Position

Bristol Myers Squibb’s Nonclinical Discovery & Development Sciences (NDDS) organization is seeking undergraduate students for a 10-week, full-time summer 2027 internship. Each intern is assigned a hypothesis-driven project in a discovery- or development-facing function. Possible project areas include target and candidate toxicity, AI and bioinformatics applications, pharmacokinetics, bioanalytical method development, formulation and drug delivery, and laboratory animal welfare. Depending on the project, interns may perform laboratory work, literature and data review, programming, and computational analyses with manager support. Interns build skills in critical thinking, risk/benefit assessment, and scientific writing, participate in mentoring and cross-functional networking, and present their findings at the end of the program.
