About The Position
Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy dedicated to providing individualized care. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License (or willingness to obtain one prior to start)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to wear all required PPE (including masks, gloves, gowns, hairnets, beard covers, safety goggles, and shoe covers)
- Able to lift/move lab items weighing up to 50 pounds

- Prior experience in a pharmacy or lab environment
Responsibilities
- Assist compounders with essential prep tasks, including bottling compounded products (manually or via automation), labeling finished goods, counting capsules, and washing equipment.
- Pack finished non-sterile dosage forms (pumps, Topiclicks, sublingual bottles/bags, capsules, and troches) accurately in compliance with Strive quality standards.
- Monitor, restock, and stage laboratory supplies, components, and packaging materials to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent operational delays; flag low stock, discrepancies, or damaged materials.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly lab cleaning and housekeeping activities in strict adherence to Strive SOPs and USP <795>/<800> guidelines; strictly follow all garbing, PPE, and hazardous drug handling protocols.
- Complete data entry in LifeFile and spreadsheets, and perform other duties as assigned to support overall team operations.
