Requirements

• Completion of a GED or high school diploma.
• An active State Technician and PTCB license (or Technician Trainee license).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Completion of a recognized Pharmacy Technician Certification Program (PTCP) is highly valued.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Proven track record of accuracy in data entry roles within the pharmacy sector.

• Strong background in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage in our dynamic production fulfillment zones, directly contributing to our mission by meeting and exceeding specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
• Maintain high standards with an unparalleled level of technical attention to detail, ensuring every prescription is processed with accuracy and care.
• Process 50 to 100 prescriptions per day (Beginner level).
• Handle 100 to 175 prescriptions per day (Intermediate level).
• Exceed 175 prescriptions per day (Advanced level).
• Interact with patients and providers to assist in checkout functions.
