Non-Sterile Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician
About The Position
Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy focused on individualized care. We are growing and looking for individuals who share our conviction for a more human approach to healthcare. This full-time, on-site position is crucial to our mission, ensuring patients receive the best care through precision and dedication in prescription processing. The role involves working in dynamic production fulfillment zones and requires a high level of technical attention to detail. There are opportunities for growth through three performance levels: Beginner (50-100 prescriptions/day), Intermediate (100-175 prescriptions/day), and Advanced (175+ prescriptions/day). Responsibilities also include assisting patients and providers with checkout functions.
Requirements
- Completion of a GED or high school diploma.
- An active State Technician and PTCB license (or Technician Trainee license).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated computer skills, comfortable with state-of-the-art systems.
- Completion of a recognized Pharmacy Technician Certification Program (PTCP).
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Proven track record of accuracy in data entry roles within the pharmacy sector.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong background in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Engage in dynamic production fulfillment zones, meeting and exceeding specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure every prescription is processed with accuracy and care.
- Process 50 to 100 prescriptions per day (Beginner level).
- Process 100 to 175 prescriptions per day (Intermediate level).
- Process over 175 prescriptions per day (Advanced level).
- Interact with patients and providers to assist in checkout functions.
