Responsibilities
- Inbound phone work: $0.20 - $0.32 per talk minute depending on the project
- Experienced call agents can earn up to $0.35 per talk minute
- Starting pay of $12-$15/hour with potential for raises
- Additional opportunities in email, ticket, and chat support
