About The Position

We are seeking a Non-profit CFO to oversee all financial aspects of our organization in Dallas. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
• Knowledge of non-profit financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred
• CPA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting to the leadership team
