Associate Veterinarian- Non Profit

Access Veterinary CareGolden Valley, MN
$95,000 - $135,000Onsite

About The Position

Access Veterinary Care, opening in 2018 with the mission to increase access to veterinary care, is merging with My Pit Bull is Family in August 2026 to continue serving the community as a nonprofit organization. Our goal is to provide exceptional veterinary care in an approachable, affordable, and accessible way. We have a strong support staff to doctor ratio, with highly skilled support staff who are constantly learning new skills, allowing for high utilization so our DVMs can focus on DVM-level tasks. This team sport approach allows us to support one another to the finish line. Our current services include urgent care days, scheduled surgery days, and a dedicated preventative care day. The clinic is currently open Monday - Saturday, with the hopes of opening up urgent care and surgery services on Sundays in the future. Our DVMs enjoy rotating set schedules for consistency, with flexibility to swap shifts with teammates to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
