About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Non-IT Business Analyst for a hybrid role with a Major Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. The role is responsible for driving operational effectiveness through workforce planning, financial management, and business governance, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. The Business Manager will oversee headcount planning, workforce analytics, budget forecasting, expense management, contract and vendor governance, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in business management or a related role
Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and headcount forecasting
Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and vendor governance
Strong data analytics and reporting skills, including Excel and Power BI
Experience with stakeholder management, strategic planning, and process improvement
Familiarity with risk and compliance oversight
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Oversee headcount planning and workforce analytics
Manage organizational reporting, budget forecasting, and expense management
Govern contracts and vendors
Handle resource allocation to ensure alignment with business objectives
Translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights for senior management decision-making
