About The Position
The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and Tidelands Health are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a growing community-based practice in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. This role is an employed position within MUSC Health and practices within the Tidelands Health system to serve Georgetown and Horry Counties, the second fastest growing region in the country. Tidelands Health operates Georgetown Memorial Hospital (131 beds) in Georgetown, SC and Waccamaw Community Hospital (121 beds) in Murrells Inlet, SC, is a community-based, not-for-profit, health system that reinvests millions of dollars each year into our facilities and technology. We are our region’s MUSC Health affiliate. Tidelands Health is dedicated to keeping the communities we serve healthy and active, inside, and outside of the hospital. With four hospitals, and more than 70 outpatient locations, a Tidelands Health facility is always close to home.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Cardiovascular Disease
- Eligible for medical license in South Carolina
Responsibilities
- Join a well-respected heart & vascular practice in the community
- Provide cardiology services within the Tidelands Health system
- Collaborate with MUSC Health to expand community access to advanced cardiology care
