NEMT, Non-Emergency Medical Transport
About The Position
Lynx EMS, a private ambulance service, is hiring full-time Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) drivers immediately. This role involves assisting Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) in transporting non-ambulatory patients. Lynx EMS provides Basic Life Support (BLS) services in the Greater Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo, and Dayton regions, and Advanced Life Support (ALS) in the Akron/Canton area. They offer emergent and non-emergent services to various locations including private residences, emergency rooms, long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities. Additionally, they provide behavioral health transports. NewVista Behavioral Health, the parent company, focuses on developing and operating behavioral health hospitals, substance abuse rehabilitation centers, behavioral health providers, transport operators, and telehealth solutions, with a mission to inspire hope and deliver holistic care.
Requirements
- Clean background.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 150 lbs.
- Ability to pull, push, and bend without restrictions.

Responsibilities
