Requirements

Desire to learn and provide great customer service to clients.
Clean background with no felonies and ability to obtain a security license through Texas D.P.S.
Reliable transportation, including an own vehicle.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Ability to write legible reports.
Reliability, punctuality, and high integrity.
Two valid forms of identification, such as a driver's license or state ID and a Social Security card or birth certificate.
Level II Guard License.
Ability to start immediately.
Neat, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Ability to stand for 7–8 hours.
Ability to handle assigned daily tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors when needed.
Arrive at the interview in business casual attire.
High school or equivalent education.
One year of customer service experience.
Ability to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting.

Nice To Haves

Previous security officer experience, or military or law enforcement background.
One year of security experience.
Guard Card.
Availability for day, night, or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
Secure exits, doors, and windows after operations end.
Periodically check surveillance cameras to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
Provide assistance to people in need.
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
