This fellowship offers the opportunity to lead special projects for orthopedic service line management. The fellow will assist in measuring and tracking the success of executed communications/marketing initiatives. The role supports the company's philosophy, code of ethics, and values, which are dedicated to excellence in patient care and healthcare administration. The fellowship aims to help the individual acquire marketable administrative and technical skills and demonstrate management potential through diversified responsibilities that contribute to the organization. The fellow will collaborate with surgeons, facilities, insurance companies, team members, and patients, developing core infrastructure for expanding the service line and strategies to address healthcare obstacles. Additionally, the fellow will work directly with clinic leaders and patient navigators to improve patient services and process efficiencies.
