About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as a Clinical Fellow Mentor for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a flexible opportunity to support one Clinical Fellow who will be working in a middle school setting in Saint Paul, MN.

Requirements

• Hold a current CCC-SLP throughout the entire CF experience
• Have at least 9 months of full-time experience (or part-time equivalent) working as an SLP after earning your CCC-SLP
• Have completed at least 2 hours of professional development in supervision and/or clinical instruction after earning your CCC-SLP
• Must be local to the Saint Paul, MN area
• Cannot be related to the Clinical Fellow in any way

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to one Clinical Fellow throughout their CF experience
• Support clinical growth, professional development, and school-based practice in a middle school environment
• Complete required mentorship activities and documentation in accordance with ASHA guidelines
• Serve as a resource and support system throughout the school year
• Conduct regular check-ins to support the Clinical Fellow's transition into independent practice
