About The Position

Surgical Technologists are an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients. Surgical technologists work under the supervision of the surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures. Ensures that the operating room environment is safe, the equipment functions properly, and the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program.
  • Obtains at least 6 CEUs per year.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

  • 1 year Operating room experience.
