About The Position

Requirements

Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain
Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Strong communication skills
Must be willing to work weekends/Holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
Must be comfortable being in ski boots for extended period of time

Responsibilities

Teach group and private lessons
Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
Deliver world-class guest service
Create a safe and fun learning environment
Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers
Other duties as assigned
