About The Position

Teach skiing to guests aged 4–6, delivering quality group and individual ski instruction and world-class guest service in a safe, fun environment. This winter-seasonal role supports the snow sports school and may include scanning, operating surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment. Instructors provide guest feedback intended to inspire lifelong skiers. Placement is contingent on completing training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain.
• Be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older.
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Be willing to work weekends and holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
• Be comfortable wearing ski boots for extended periods.
• Successfully complete training and meet minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards for placement as an instructor.
