About The Position
Concordia at Bethlen, a faith-based, non-profit continuing care retirement community located in historic Ligonier, Pennsylvania, is seeking experienced and dedicated Full-Time, Non-Certified Nursing Assistants (NA's) for its Personal Care unit. Joining the Concordia family in 2023, Bethlen has a rich history of caring for others dating back to 1921 and offers numerous healthcare career opportunities. The organization includes 44 retirement living cottages, 72 personal care units, and 96 skilled nursing units. We are offering new rates, new shift differentials, and a new referral bonus, with a $2500 sign-on bonus available for the next 4 hires before August 30, 2026. Pay is based on experience, and vacation time is awarded for experience. On-demand pay is available, allowing access to earned wages.
Requirements
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Direct Care Certification - we pay you to obtain this!

Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
- Documenting the care that was provided
- Completing over the counter treatments as instructed
- Answering resident call bells.
