About The Position
We are hiring experienced and dedicated Full-Time, Non-Certified Nursing Assistants (NA) at Concordia at Bethlen Personal Care. We are looking for expertise and offer new rates, new shift differentials, and a new referral bonus. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available for the next 4 hires before August 30, 2026. We pay based on experience and offer vacation time for experience. We also have on-demand pay, allowing access to earned wages.
Requirements
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Direct Care Certification - we pay you to obtain this!

Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
- Documenting the care that was provided
- Completing over the counter treatments as instructed
- Answering resident call bells
