About The Position

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa is hiring a Non Certified Nurse Assistant to provide personal care and support to residents in Roosevelt, Utah. The role is available as full-time or on-call and pays $15.00 per hour, with pay based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The assistant works under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and collaborates with the care team to promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being. Requirements

Completion of a Nurse Assistant Training Program with certificate required.
Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Ability to pass required employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily care and activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
Help residents with walking, positioning, transfers, and mobility needs.
Weigh residents and accurately document information.
Respond to resident and family needs with compassion and professionalism.
Work with the care team to promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
