About The Position

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The role includes recording vital signs, assisting with mobility, documenting residents’ weights, and working with residents, families, and the care team to promote comfort, safety, and well-being. The facility emphasizes personal relationships with residents and a compassionate, resident-focused approach. Full-time, part-time, and PRN/on-call positions are available. Pay is $15.00 per hour and is based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Requirements

Completion of a Nurse Assistant Training Program with certificate required.
Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
Ability to pass required employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily care and activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
Help residents with walking, positioning, transfers, and mobility needs.
Weigh residents and accurately document information.
Respond to resident and family needs with compassion and professionalism.
Work with the care team to promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
