About The Position

The Non-CDL Off Road Truck Driver at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC will be responsible for transporting materials such as dirt, rocks, and equipment within a construction site, mine, or other off-road locations. This role involves operating a dump truck or similar vehicle to ensure the efficient movement of materials, contributing to the smooth operation of projects. Will also provide Hand Laborer tasks to support construction crew in the completion of projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This position involves preparing job sites, operating hand and power tools, loading and unloading materials, assisting equipment operators, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Experience operating a non-CDL off road dump truck or similar vehicle
Familiarity with loading, hauling, and dumping materials such as dirt, rocks, and equipment
Valid, non-commercial driver's license
Ability to perform manual labor and lift 50+lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Good communication skills to coordinate with other workers or operators
Strong understanding of and commitment to safety regulations and procedures

Prior experience operating heavy equipment like a dump truck or other off road vehicles
