About The Position
Via Mobility Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Flex Ride Drivers. This role offers a variety of tasks and daily experiences, focusing on providing curb-to-curb transportation services to the public. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be passionate about making a positive impact in the community. As a Flex Ride Driver, you will operate a vehicle safely, transport passengers, and adhere to Via's Standard Operating Procedures, utilizing an electronic manifest for operations. The position is open to individuals 19 years or older with a valid driver's license held for at least two years, who can pass and maintain DOT physicals, drug testing, and motor vehicle record checks. Via Mobility Services is a non-profit organization committed to providing mobility and transportation options that enhance quality of life, self-sufficiency, and community access for older adults and people with disabilities.
Requirements
- 19 years old or older
- Possess a Driver's License that has been continually valid for at least the past two (2) years
- Must pass and maintain a DOT physical, random drug testing, and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks
- Must have a desire to work with any level of the general public

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a vehicle and transport passengers through a curb to curb service that is open to the public.
