About The Position

The Non-CDL Driver for Heritage Pool is responsible for operating a vehicle for transporting goods, products, or materials to various destinations without the need for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). This role involves safely operating a non-CDL vehicle, performing pre and post-vehicle inspections, loading and unloading goods, following delivery schedules, and providing excellent customer service. The driver will maintain accurate logs of transport and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid state driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Familiarity with using navigation systems.
• Proficiency in English required for communication regarding safety.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant driving experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in driving or logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• A vocational or technical degree in transportation or related field is preferred.
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, or Safety Training would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL vehicle ensuring all products, goods, or materials are transported to their destinations.
• Perform pre and post vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies.
• Load and unload vehicle as required.
• Follow delivery schedule and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service during the delivery and pick-up operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of all transport and vehicle maintenance.
