We're looking for qualified Non-CDL Drivers to grab this career opportunity by the steering wheel and deliver nourishment to Central Oregon communities. Insurance Requirements : To be eligible for this role, candidates must be at least 23 years of age and possess a Class C (Non-CDL) license, and have maintained an acceptable driving record. Requirements

• Be 23 yrs. or older due to insurance requirements.
• 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred.
• Valid Class C (Non-CDL) license and medical card Interstate qualification, registered.
• Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift.
• Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English
• Satisfactory driving record.
• All job offers for this position are contingent upon passing a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen (includes THC), and company road test.

Responsibilities

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries.
• Load and unload product from trailer.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery.
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers.
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues.
• Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment.
• Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate.
• All other duties as requested or assigned.
