About The Position

Charlie's Produce is seeking qualified Non-CDL Drivers to deliver produce to communities across Oregon and Southwest Washington. This role offers the opportunity to be on the road during the day and return home at night. Requirements

Be 23 yrs. or older due to insurance requirements.
1+ year of driving experience highly preferred.
Valid Class C (Non-CDL) license and medical card Interstate qualification, registered.
Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift.
Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English
Satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
Ensure professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
Deliver palletized product to a dock or with a lift gate
Perform all other duties as requested or assigned
