About The Position
The non-CDL driver is responsible for spotting trailers, processing inbound and outbound orders, and movement of trailers. The person must also possess a great deal of flexibility in their ability to multi-task and maintain a positive, team attitude.
Requirements
- Prior production experience is desired.
- Non-CDL license required. (Driver License)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and incoming and outgoing load documents.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers
- Provide directions for all inbound and outbound loads
- Responsible for moving trailer onsite and offsite within Vertical’s yard
- Interact with truck drivers and customers.
- Provide superior customer service.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor, while following all company, safety, and quality policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular attendance at work.
- Other duties to be assigned as business necessitates.
