About The Position
AWH Logistics, LLC is seeking experienced Non-CDL delivery drivers for long-term 1099 contract positions, working exclusively with Lanter Delivery Systems. This role offers a home-daily schedule with weekends off, paid weekly, and involves dedicated nightly routes with set start times between 10 PM and 1 AM. The position is touch freight, requiring drivers to load and unload in dedicated delivery areas.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old.
- Verifiable commercial driving 24'-26' experience required.
- Familiarity of DOT & FMCSA Regulations.
- Air brake experience required.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must have valid DOT Medical Card.
- Must consent to a road test.
- Must consent to a MVR, criminal background check and drug screen (AWH Logistics, LLC must receive a negative result).
- FMCSA Clearinghouse –(CDL Holders) Must consent to annual/limited queries and hold a Not Prohibited status.
- Ability to safely climb into the truck/trailer with/without the lift gate.
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs as needed.
