About The Position

El Paso Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is hiring a safety-conscious Non-CDL Container Delivery Driver in El Paso, Texas. The driver safely delivers, exchanges, and retrieves waste containers for residential and commercial customers, providing reliable service while following safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company policies. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday, starts at 4:00 AM, and is expected to work 50–55 hours per week. Pay starts at $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and container delivery equipment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver containers as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous delivery, route driving, or commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up waste containers at customer locations.
Load, unload, and position containers according to customer requests and company standards.
Navigate assigned routes efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checking fluids, tires, lights, and safety equipment.
Complete daily paperwork and route documentation accurately.
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area.
Follow all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company policies.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
